First firing near cone 10

Anagama Kiln/Groundhog Kiln I started construction in May of 2005 and worked alone for approximately five weeks to about 85 percent completion. Over the next several months, despite hurricanes and tropical storms, I was able to complete the kiln and fire during September 2005. It is 15 feet long by 54 inches wide and stands 54 inches tall in the front. The chimney is 13 feet tall. It is a great kiln, and I've had some great help firing it.
